This and That!

No crafty projects that I can show you yet, but I have been busy sewing to celebrate my 100th post! WooHoo! So I will show you what I made at a later date and more details!
This is the spider web that I can see from my kitchen window...We have sooo many webs like this in the garden at the moment, with the rolled up dry leaf in the centre. I even had one of the spiders hanging from my fringe the other week!!! Yes, I like to take pics of them but DO NOT like them in hair!lol! And this picture of the bumble bee...am I right in saying that he looks so much like the bee that we see so much in our stitcheries???lol!
Hope you have all had an enjoyable weekend!

Lovely nature pics Lisa! Bumble Bee's are SO cute aren't they?! they can be quite dopey though - banging and crashing into things.
Can you believe a couple of years ago, I found someone selling a dead Tasmanian Bumble Bee on Ebay.... the listing said NEW!! Serious! LOL

Hi Lisa! Love your photos. Have to be honest spiders and I don't go together. A few years back I had a pair of bras waiting for me in the bathroom.....time to put them on.....sling one strap over one shoulder....other strap over the next shoulder go to pull them up...had a look in the cup and what did I see.......I big spider!!!! Good save. lol. Kind regards, Anita.

I don't think we have bumble bees here.... and yes it does look like the bee that is in stitcheries.... I too love spider's webs they are amazing...when we had our shop.. a spider made a huge web one night from the roof down to the handle of a basket... It was magnificent and I left it there... everyone who came in said wow how amazing.. until one day a little old lady came in and said spider's web and knocked it down....what could I say... except thank you.... LOL
