Roast Vegetable and Chicken Pie

I have been trying some new recipes, and as tonights meal was quite successful I thought I would share it with you...Roast vegetable and chicken pies and the recipe can be found here I did alter the recipe slightly and decided to use pastry sheets cut into quarters and placed them into muffin tin.
Even the salad dressing was quite tasty...I never use to like leafy green salads but this one is yummy and I will be making this again....This dressing recipe makes about 1 cup....4 oz red wine vinegar, 1/2 clove garlic, 4 oz olive oil, 1/8 cup sugar, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c grated parm cheese, Pour over green leafy salad mix, slided red capsicum and sliced red onion.

That looks sooooo good, I might have to try it at the weekend, always nice to try something new once in a while, I'm looking forward to it now and its only 6.15 am here in Canada.
