Crochet for Blythe Doll

My daughter (miss 10) and I have purchased a (Bohemian Peace) Blythe Doll. We have a few weeks before she arrives so I have decided to make a few things for her. I have to admit that I have been quite excited about making little clothes again and has taken me back to my own childhood days when I would make clothes for my Barbie.

A couple of little bags

Hairband and hats

I have purchased a few dress patterns from etsy and found some freebie patterns so will be busy on the sewing machine also, When she arrives I will be able to make up some patterns but for now I will have to stick to patterns.

I have to apologize for not replying to comments on my previous post...my son has been using my laptop and went to tilt the screen from one corner and cracked the screen, so I cannot read any emails that went to that computer.

Bye For Now

These little things are so cute! I had 3 boys (all grown) and now a grandson. Hopefully I will get a granddaughter to sew doll clothes for.

Oh Lisa, they are so cute. Like Cindy, I have 3 boys too, so there isn't much call for that kind of work here. Enjoy the making and sharing with your daughter - lucky girl.

Your little crochet outfits are gorgeous. Blythe dolls seem to be addictive from what I see in blogland, lol!

The little bags and hats are lovely isn't your daughter lucky she has such a clever and loving mum. I love the way crochet flowers have made a come back as a fashion accessory.

Lisa they are all so cute. I thought the hats in the later posts were just the best but now the little bags have caught my eye. I have got to do a refresher on crochet! Tracee xx
