Crochet African Flower Hexagon

I have really been enjoying making these crochet hexagons table mats and decided another one was needed with a cream edging

I then found a tutorial for a African Flower from Heidi Bears and thought it would also look lovely made into a table mat. The tutorial for this is given in great detail too!

Enjoy your week!

I just love these crochet mats. I must make one or two or three. Maybe I could make some while I am on my trip with yarns I find in different places. I love the African Flower. I am off to check out the tutorial.

The tutorial is really good. Easy to follow. However,I was wondering how you have joined your hexagons together. It looks very neat.

I like the hexagons and I love the African flowers! I've never seen those before and the only way to describe them is they look so "smooth" or "soft". Very easy for the eyes to look at. Great job!

Very pretty,I've seen this crocheted hexagon design on a few blogs and have thought about trying it and seeing yours makes my fingers itch to pick up my hook and give them a go :) Barb.
