I went into my local craft store today...Bear Cottage Crafts, only to buy some ribbon for my stitch a book, maybe I got excited when I saw Anni Downs' fabric had just arrived or that everything I had been wanting for a long time to decorate at home was now on sale...but I was sooo naughty and bought heaps!lol!
The flowers in the vase (gosh artificial flowers are so life-like these days) and lamp were purchased
Another lamp for the bedroom...not the greatest pic but it really is beautiful!
Anni Downs' fabrics (of course, how could I resist) and the basket which was only $12
This 2 tiered basket...handy for the sewing room. Another square vase, as I don't seem to have many vases and ceramic bird thermometre for only $5, Sorry have no pic of these and...
Of course my ribbon! lol! I am slowly starting to decorate our house as I have always wanted since our renovations...it is happening slowly (Maybe a bit quicker after today! lol)
I have included a pic of all my crochet motifs, as I thought all the colours looked pretty together!

Hi Lisa, I agree the crochet motifs look very pretty together. Love the second lamp you bought and the fabric too. Sometimes it's nice to just spoil ourselves for no particular reason!

I have been shopping today too but not housey things. I did wander into a patchwork shop and added a few fat quarters to the basket. Lovely pieces you have nought and you know I love your flowers in all their forms.
