Quilt and Craft fair

It was a fantastic day at the Quilt and Craft fair yesterday. Jane and I arrived at about 11am, (We did stop at Richmond bakery for a coffee and snack..yum) I wished I had taken my camera, as it was quite pretty driving through the heavy frost, even the gum trees were white tipped at 10am!

One of my favourite stalls was Fiona from Mothers Cupboard...she really has some lovely fabrics, and she also has some very cute buttons...after I purchased all these goodies, I stepped back to make room and spotted.......

Jo's gorgeous little cushions...they are so very cute and had to wiggle my way back through the crowd, to purchase a pattern!lol!

A few books from the Dymocks bookstand...yes I was very naughty!

And a beaded bracelet with a little handbag charm and shoes...I just couldn't resist!
I hope you are having a great weekend

Love all your goodies! The Melbourne quilt and craft show is in two weeks time and I am saving my pennies so I can have a spend up too.

You look like a girl after my own heart there Lisa. I always come away with a stash of books and those must have projects. You are going to be very busy and I wonder which you are going to make first. I bet it has one of those lovely buttons on it.

Money well spent if you ask me! Sounds like the perfect day, start with coffee and sweets and then wander around looking at lovely things and buying, all done in the company of friends.
