Line a lamington tray with baking paper and arrange malt biscuits on the bottom. Beat 600ml cream until soft peaks form, add sweetened condensed milk (380g)

Hi Lisa - just thought I would jump over to look at your blog after chatting about you on the weekend. Heard that you ordered that material from my patchwork shop - how is the bag shaping up?? Cant wait to see it. Oh wow that is great that you too are doing the Stitch along. I hadnt planned to but am also a huge fan of Anni's work and saw this in different colours recently and it was just awesome - should be fun.
